WHO AM I?

My Story
Who am I?
"This question has followed me through much of my life."
There were times when I felt fragmented — disconnected from my body, from my sense of purpose, and from parts of myself I didn't yet know how to understand. I experienced digestive and menstrual imbalances, anxiety, narcissistic abuse and a lack of purpose. I spent years working in environments such as the music industry, while gradually realising that another part of me was asking to be heard.
Looking for answers became both an inner and an outer journey.
I travelled extensively and also settled in different parts of the world, including Australia, Bali, India and Guatemala. Through these places, the people I met and the traditions I encountered, I began discovering different ways of understanding the body, health and our relationship with nature.
I studied and practised Yoga, Ayurveda, energy healing and shamanic traditions. Some of these paths also brought me back to my own story. Coming from the West Indies and a mixed ancestral background, this journey became a way of reconnecting with some of the cultural and ancestral threads that are part of my DNA.
These practices helped me restore balance in my body, understand and regulate my nervous system, reconnect with my cycles, recognise old patterns and move through major transitions in my life with greater awareness and ease.
Over time, I also began to recognise the connections between the different traditions I was studying and experiencing. Each has its own roots and wisdom, yet they also share an understanding of the relationship between body, mind, energy, nature and the cycles of life. Exploring where these different systems meet, while respecting where they come from, continues to be an important part of my work.
This is why the work I offer today is deeply embodied.
I support women through the different transitions of their lives, approaching these passages through the different dimensions of who we are — body, mind, emotions and spirit. A transition rarely happens in only one part of us: what we experience physically can affect our emotional world, our sense of self, our relationships and the way we move through life.
Today, I draw from that experience to support women in finding their own way forward — reconnecting with their resources, their bodies and their inner knowing, with greater grounding, awareness and trust in themselves.
My Approach & Philosophy
An Embodied & Integral Approach
At the heart of my work is the understanding that we are multidimensional beings.
These dimensions are interconnected. They continually affect and influence one another.
Physical symptoms can be connected to emotional stress. Emotional experiences can affect the nervous system and the body. The way we think can influence how we feel, the choices we make and how we respond to what happens in our lives.
These are not separate pieces of a person. They are different dimensions of the same being.
For me, an integral approach means taking all these dimensions of a woman into consideration rather than looking at one part of her experience in isolation.
What Does Embodied Mean?
Understanding something does not necessarily change it.
We can recognise a pattern, understand where it comes from and still find ourselves repeating it.
Embodiment is when understanding begins to become lived change.
It is when what we understand and experience begins to influence how we respond, the choices we make, the way we relate to ourselves and others, and how we live our everyday lives.
I think of this movement through five simple principles:
Recognise what is present and what is asking for your attention.
Listen to your body, your emotions, your needs and your inner responses.
Bring the different dimensions of yourself into relationship. Physical · Energetic · Emotional · Mental · Spiritual
Move from awareness into practice. Create movement, restore vitality and explore new ways of responding, choosing and living.
Choose consciously what you want to carry forward, what you are ready to change and how you want to live. Then embody that choice — allowing change to become something you live and experience, rather than something you only understand.
The Embodied & Integral Woman
The Embodied & Integral Woman recognises the different dimensions of herself as interconnected.
Rather than experiencing these dimensions as separate or disconnected, the intention is to bring them into greater relationship and coherence.
To be integral is to recognise these different facets as interconnected dimensions of ourselves.
To be embodied is to bring that integration into lived experience.
To reconnect what may have become fragmented and move towards a more embodied and integral relationship with yourself.
How Can You Work With Me?
Start with what needs your attention now.
You don't need to address everything at once. You can choose an entry point according to what you are experiencing today.
Background & Experience
My introduction to healing was integral from the beginning.
One of my first teachers worked across Ayurveda, acupuncture, therapy, sophrology, meditation, Yoga and shamanic traditions from South and North America, alongside North African practices. As I experienced these different approaches personally, it became natural for me to understand care through several dimensions rather than through one practice alone.
From there, my own path continued through Ayurveda and Yoga, followed by explorations of traditional Tantra, bodywork, energy work, shamanic practices and ritual. Over time, I developed a particular depth in Ayurvedic bodywork and health education, while continuing to study, receive mentoring and coaching, and deepen my own understanding of somatic and energetic integration.

A CONTINUING PATH OF STUDY
Direct experience, personal immersion, and lifelong inquiry
Beyond formal training, my learning has also been shaped by the places I have lived, travelled and practised — including India, Guatemala, Australia, France, Mexico and Bali.
Through these experiences, I have encountered different teachers, traditions and ways of understanding the body, health, ritual and our relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
Some of this learning has come through formal education; some through mentorship and apprenticeship; and some through direct experience, personal practice and immersion.
What feeds my work today is the meeting of all of these: what I have studied, what I have experienced, what I have implemented in my own life, and what I continue to receive as a student.
My learning continues, as does the evolution of my practice.
