In traditional Mexican and Latin American traditions, birth is recognized as an expansive, opening threshold where a mother's physical bones, joints, and spiritual gates open wide to allow new life to enter.
The Closing the Bone ritual provides the vital counterpoint: a 2.5-hour sacred ceremony including warm herbal oil massage, abdominal heating poultices, and a systematic head-to-toe wrapping and closing using multiple Rebozo shawls. Available in-studio or at home in Paris.

A sacred, mother-centered gathering in place of a commercial baby shower
Unlike modern baby showers centered on consumer gifts for the baby, a Blessing Way centers wholly upon nourishing, honoring, and spiritually anchoring the mother before her journey into labor.
Surrounded by her chosen circle of women, we weave herbal foot baths, flower crowning, poetry, shared wisdom, and string binding rituals that create an invisible web of sisterhood to sustain her during birth.
