1. Scope of Practice & Therapeutic Disclaimer

Dee Leborgne / The Embodied Feminine Lab provides complementary somatic therapies, Ayurvedic bodywork, Chi Nei Tsang, and personal mentoring. These services are intended to support overall wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and personal development. They do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or obstetrical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Clients under medical care are encouraged to maintain active care with their physician or licensed midwife.

2. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

We respect your privacy and process personal information strictly in accordance with EU & UK GDPR standards. Personal information submitted via consultation forms or discovery call inquiries (name, email, phone number, and personal health notes) is held securely and never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

3. Studio Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because studio spaces in Paris (HOY & Passage Choiseul) are reserved specifically for you:

• In-Person Bodywork & Ceremonies: We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are billed at the full session fee.
• Mentoring Containers: Sessions within 6-month or 8-month containers may be rescheduled with 24 hours advance written notice.
